These terms cover the Google Maps rank checker at iviseo.co.uk/tools/ and the paid Google Maps Visibility Report. Please read them before you buy.
About us
The checker is provided by IvI SEO Ltd, trading as IvI SEO, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14354852). Contact: jack@iviseo.co.uk.
The free checker
The free preview checks 9 points around your business and is free to use within daily limits. We may change, limit or withdraw the free checker at any time, for example if it is being misused.
The paid report
The full report checks 49 points across the area you choose, compares your Google Business Profile with the businesses ranking above you and lists suggested fixes. The price is shown before you pay. The report is delivered on screen straight after payment, at a private link you can keep.
Payment
Payments are taken by Stripe. Your contract is with IvI SEO Ltd. You will receive a receipt by email.
Refunds
If your scan fails, or you are not happy with your report, email jack@iviseo.co.uk within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
What the results mean
Each point in a scan is a live Google Maps search from that location at the time of the scan. Google's results change over time and can vary between devices and searchers, so your report is a snapshot, not a guarantee of where you will appear. Figures for searches, clicks, enquiries and money are estimates based on published search data and stated assumptions, which you can adjust. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or revenue. Suggested fixes are general guidance and should only be applied where they accurately describe your business and follow Google's guidelines.
Fair use
Please do not use the checker to overload or disrupt it, collect data automatically, or resell reports. We may block use that breaks these terms.
Not affiliated with Google
IvI SEO is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google, Google Maps and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with a report is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or revenue.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. The version shown when you buy applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. See also our privacy policy.
