Service Agreement
When you engage our services, we'll provide a detailed proposal outlining:

Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful SEO campaigns, clients must:
- Provide timely access to necessary website platforms and analytics tools
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Respond to requests for information or feedback promptly
- Not engage in practices that violate search engine guidelines
- Maintain website functionality and uptime
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, we require payment within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension and interest charges on overdue amounts.
No Guaranteed Rankings
While we use proven SEO strategies, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or results. Search engine algorithms are complex and constantly changing. We commit to delivering best-practice SEO work, not specific ranking positions.
Intellectual Property
Content created specifically for your website becomes your property upon full payment. However, our methodologies, processes, tools, and general SEO knowledge remain our intellectual property.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We won't disclose your business information, strategies, or results to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Location Exclusivity
When you engage us for location-specific SEO services, we won't work with direct competitors in the same location and industry during your contract period.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you'll pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We'll provide a final report and transfer any relevant data.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit harmful code or malware
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Scrape or harvest data from the website
- Impersonate Ivi SEO or our employees
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. We encourage resolving disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
