How it works.

  1. Paste your Google Business Profile link. We find your exact listing and you confirm it’s you, then tell us what customers search for and your town, for example “plumber Redcar”. No link? Search by what you do and pick your business instead.
  2. We check a grid of points across your town. A pin about every half mile across the town you named, so bigger places get more pins, each a live Google Maps search from that exact spot, as if a customer were searching there. We skip the sea, empty fields and neighbouring villages.
  3. You see your map. Green where you’re in the top 3, red where customers can’t find you. The free check covers 9 points; the full report fills in the rest.

Questions.

Why do I rank differently a mile away?

Google Maps results depend on where the person searching is. A customer two streets from you and one across town can see completely different businesses for the same search. Checking one spot tells you very little, so this tool checks a grid of points across your area.

Is this what customers really see?

Each point is a live Google Maps search set to that exact location, as if a customer were searching from there. Results move a little from day to day, so treat it as a snapshot of where you stand today.

What does the full report cost?

What if something goes wrong?

If your scan fails or you’re unhappy with it, email jack@iviseo.co.uk within 14 days and you’ll get a full refund.
