01 / THE BRIEF
The details people need, without the search.
For Village Cleaners, the important questions are practical: can this garment be cleaned, is collection available, where is the shop and how do I get in touch? The website needed to answer those questions clearly for customers in Sidley and the wider Bexhill-on-Sea area.
We used the business's existing service information and recovered imagery as the starting point. The rebuild keeps the emphasis on garment care and personal service, with useful information close to the point where a visitor is ready to call.
02 / WEBSITE BUILD
A working price list, not just a download.
The homepage separates dry cleaning, pressing and laundry from collection and delivery, alterations and repairs. Each section has a clear next step, while the original garment photograph keeps the design connected to the business.
A dedicated price-list page turns the archived PDF into readable HTML, with all 47 listed starting prices organised for browsing. The original PDF remains available, and the page explains that customers should confirm current prices. That gives people a useful reference without presenting historical prices as a current guarantee.
03 / SEO MANAGEMENT
Bringing the service detail into the page.
Our SEO management focuses on the relationship between the services and the local area. Clear headings, readable copy and internal links make the offering easier to understand, rather than relying on a single image or downloadable document to explain it.
Putting the price list into HTML also makes that information available as normal page content. A responsive layout, prominent telephone links and a clear contact section support the next step once someone has found the business. The rebuild is about relevant local enquiries, not traffic for unrelated cleaning services.
04 / GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE
Joining up the shop, the website and Google Maps.
The website gives the Sidley address a prominent place and links visitors to directions. This case study also connects directly to the business's Google Business Profile, so readers can find the same local shop through either route.
The improvement is a clearer local customer journey: service information and prices on the website, then a call or directions when needed. Keeping those business details consistent is a continuing focus of our local SEO management.
